But while you sit and jot down all you need to watch this coming year, one mustn't forget that a whole lot of new talent, too, is set to enter the filmdom this year. From star kids to television actors, many of them are set to make their Bollywood debuts in 2019.
From Ananya Panday to Tara Sutaria to Karan Deol to – here are all the star kids that are set to make their debuts in the coming year.
Much before her Bollywood debut, Chunky and Bhawna Panday's daughter, Ananya Panday, is already a social media star. The starkid, who enjoys a massive fan following on Instagram, is set to make her Bollywood debut alongside Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria in Student of the Year 2. The film has been helmed by Punit D Malhotra and is slated to release on May 10, 2019.
The 90s kids would remember Tara Sutaria as the Oye Jassie and The Suite Life of Karan & Kabir actor but for the gen-z, Tara is all set to make her Bollywood debut in SOTY 2 alongside Ananya and Tiger. Soon after SOTY 2, she will next feature the big screen in Marjaavan co-starring Sidharth Malhotra, Riteish Deshmukh and Rakul Preet Singh.
After Ghayal Once Again, Sunny Deol is all set to make his directorial comeback with Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas and what makes the film more special is that he is set to launch his son, Karan Deol with the said film.
Alongside Karan Deol, Sunny Deol's Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas will also mark the Bollywood debut of Saher Bamba.
While Athiya Shetty was launched by Salman Khan, Suniel Shetty's son, Ahan, is set to make his screen debut in Sajid Nadiadwala's Hindi remake of the 2018 Telugu drama RX 100. The yet-to-be-titled film will be directed by Milan Luthria.
While Katrina Kaif has carved a niche for herself, her sister, Isabelle Kaif is set to dip toes in Bollywood. To be directed by Stanley D'Costa, her debut film Time To Dance will star Sooraj Pancholi alongside the actor.
Iqbal Ratnasi's son, Zaheer Iqbal, is all set to be launched in National Award winning director Nitin Kakkar's film titled Notebook. His debut was announced by Salman Khan on social media wherein he had written, "How these kids grow up so soon... ALWAYS keep giving your best #ZAHERO no matter what. Stand tall and always bend backwards for those u love and those who love u, Yeh yaad rakhna that the most important thing in life is Respect and Loyalty. @iamzahero."
Daughter of Mohnish Bahl, Pranutan Bahl will also make her debut in Nitin Kakkar's film Notebook alongside Zaheer Iqbal and will be launched by Salman Khan. Salman had also shared the news of her debut on social media writing, "Yeh lo! Zahero ki heroine mil gayi. Swagat karo Pranutan Bahl ka. Proud to introduce Nutanji's granddaughter & Monya's daughter to the big screen."
Rinzing Denzongpa, son of Danny Denzongpa, will be making his debut with Nilesh Sahay's action film. The action film is reportedly a royal battle between special forces and is slated to go on floors April this year.
Javed Jaffrey's son Meezan Jaffrey is all set to make her debut and will be launched ace filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali in the Mangesh Hadawale directorial.
Bhagyashree's son, Abhimanyu, is set to make his debut with the film titled Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota. Directed by Vasan Bala, the film stars Radhika Madan in the lead alongside him.
The grandson of Amrish Puri, Vardhan Puri is all set to make his big screen debut in a film titled Paagal. Reports suggest that Vardhan started training at the age of five and has been a part of over 90 plays so far.
Having impressed one and all with his acting prowess on television, Mohit Raina is all set to hit the big screen with Uri: The Surgical Strike alongside Yami Gautam and Vicky Kaushal.
