KGF box office collection day 21
A couple of days back, Yash starrer KGF: Chapter 1 created history as it became the first Kannada film to go past Rs 200 crore mark at the worldwide box office. To know the gravity of its success, the second highest grossing Kannada film has not even grossed Rs 100 crore as it settled down with Rs 75 crore globally. And now with its Hindi version, KGF: Chapter 1 has achieved yet another milestone at the box office.
The movie, even after facing tough competitions from Bollywood biggies like Shah Rukh Khan starrer Zero and Ranveer Singh's Simmba, managed to stay afloat and has now crossed Rs 40 crore mark after 21 days of its release. Collecting Rs 70 lakh on its day 21, KGF: Chapter 1 has taken its 21-day total to Rs 41.39 crore. It was already a success in its Hindi version, now going past Rs 40 crore mark is just like an icing on the cake and this will help KGF: Chapter 2 in a big way at the ticket window once it'll hit the screens.
